Dear Friend,

 

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the XXXII International Exlibris Congress, I have the honor to invite you to Beijing and to attend the International Exlibris Congress to be held there from 14-17 October 2008.

 

You will become a member of the Congress upon the payment of the Registration Fee. Congress activities include: opening reception, visiting exhibitions, exchanging of bookplates, tour to the Great Wall, closing ceremony and farewell dinner. The Congress will be held at the Beijing International Museum of China Millennium Monument, where our Secretariat will arrange a gracious and attentive reception.

 

You are welcome to combine your visit with economical and very attractive excursions in China during your visit. We are confident that your visit to this beautiful and vigorously modernizing country will make a deep and lasting impression for the rest of your life.

 

Attached you will find details for remittance of registration fees, times and place of registration, contact numbers, suggestions of hotels at current prices. The deadline for registration and remittance is 31 May 2008.

Artists and collectors from Western Europe, North and South America, Japan, Australia, Africa and Asia: 150 euros if paid by 31 May 2008 (200 euros thereafter). Accompanying person: 120 euros if paid by 31 May 2008 (170 euros thereafter).

 

Artists and collectors from Eastern Europe, China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan): 60 euros if paid by 31 May 2008 (90 euros thereafter). Accompanying person: 50 euros if paid by 31 May 2008 (80 euros thereafter).
