XXVIII. International Ex-libris Congress, Boston, USA, 20th-23rd August, 2000 James Keenan presided over the Boston congress, which was the first on the American continent, and unfortunately only few European participants attended. The Delegates' meeting admitted Bulgaria, Mexico, Turkey and Portugal to FISAE.
