• If you register now for the congress and excursions, and pay before the 1st of June 2006, (i.e. nearly three months in advance), you are sure to be able to benefit from all that the Congress and excursions have to offer!

• If you pay between the 1st of June and the opening of the Congress, i. e. the 23rd of August, you will be able to take part in the exchanges and conferences etc., but you will not be able to take part in the excursions unless there happen to be a few seats still available, you are not sure to receive all the congress publications, and although we will plan for some flexibility as to final numbers for the Closing Dinner of the Congress, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to attend.

Sorry… but this firm policy allows us to plan the Congress more rationally and make it more enjoyable for you!

Name badges will bear a distinctive mark showing that you have paid to participate in the congress and in which excursions. Nobody will be allowed access to the exchanges room without their badge.
